What would you do?
1. Does not support LTE 12 band
Since T-Mobile has gone the LTE 12 route I have had issues. They do not have the Priv anymore and I don't have the finances right now to purchase a factory unlocked Priv. That being said they are trying to get me to trade in my Q10 for an Alcatel OneTouch POP Astro (I swear.....).
2. Unlocking issue
I paid off my balance and received the unlock code but I have been unsuccessful in unlocking it. Nwtwork Subset and Service Provider shows as Unlocked but Network is locked. Tech support has been unable to assist. I have attempted with ATT, MetroPCS and Cricket SIMs. I'm at 9 of 10 attempts. What could I (or they) be doing wrong?

If it is an T-Mobile phone... I would have contacted them and explained their unlock code didn't work and ask them for the correct one.
