Job #1, I'm the assistant manager at a non-profit retail establishment. Q10 is used for posting products to our BBM Channel, looking up current retail pricing, local sales, and navigating to addresses of potential donors. It is also used for remote viewing of our security system and as a reference in repairing certain items.
--Job #1.5, I'm a builder for the same non-profit, but the Q10 mostly stays safe in its holster on build days.

Apps used: BBM, Camera, native photo editor, Reebee, Browser, Evolution Browser, Price Check Free, Maps, GeoYeo Local, GIF Animator, tinyCam Monitor, Electro Tools, Native Level, Hub

Job #2, civilian patroller with a local police service. Q10 is used for evidence gathering, navigation, voice/email/PTT communications, shift scheduling, and running vehicle plates and VINs. The PlayBook is used as a dashcam, with Bridge used to remotely control it. When notes require it, the Q10 is used to look up wind speed, visibility, sunset/sunrise times, and temperature. The browser streams a feed of the local police radio into a BlackBerry Music Gateway (taped onto a Q10 charging pack for portability) so I can still listen in when on break at Timmies.

. It's a tough phone size for some things. Some of my games just can't work on 720x720

Coordinator & Purchasing Agent.. heavy emailing and texting, camera and pulling up numbers quick on the browser and search, calendar, docs to go, the only app I really use for work is Scan to PDF. Also have 2 emails used for work, Q10 has been such a beast of a work phone for me.

Small biz owner, receive 100s, sometimes 0ver 1000 emails a day(i don't read them all but need access to them in case) , I use the z10 for Web / Portals ,file share etc and the q10 to fire off emails. Z10 is also weekend phone. Both awesome.

Run the trust department in a bank. Use a lot of email with documents attached. Bridge with my Playbook. Blaq (Twitter client), rss, WSJ and NYT, Audible (android sideload), Netflix (also a sideload), web browsing, BBM, BlackBerry Travel (which is so awesome), BlackBerry maps, Safedrive, Translator, Password Keeper, Endomondo, stocks, Instapyrus, battery guru.


Use my phone instead of Outlook to search through my emails ('cause it works better), love being able to check availability when making appointments.

Would kill for a good RPN financial calculator, but since none exists (even as a sideload), I still have to carry around my HP.

I'm a physician - use my Q10 mainly for email. I use a few native medical apps, but I have also sideloaded a few medical apps that aren't available natively. Still think the Q10 is best for email - can keep up to date on my emails during busy shifts.
