    Pretty sure it means that there was a missed call. That's what it means on Skype so it could mean the same for normal phone calls.

    However I do not own a Q10 so don't quote me on that.

    Thanks for all the replies. I think I started to get the icon right after I setup my voicemail greeting with the 3 network. Even though none of my calls were being forwarded the icon was still showing. I managed to get rid of it by using the universal command (##002# send) to cancel all diverts/forwarding.
