I negotiated with AT&T premier. I never pay what they are asking. It took a bit of time and a few calls to get the right answer (or rep). I ended up getting upgrades for both lines for $160.00 each. There is always about $100 you can negotiate away, the profit is in the contract, not the phone. But you have to call, people in the store can't (or won't) do it.

Its not even worth the hassle for me to do all that. I'm glad you guys know how to get cheap deal though. Andbody will do what you want of them if you call them a number of times.
