    I am thinking of getting the Q10 and would like to use Whatsapp, Spotify, facebook messenger, instagram, bmo app, sonos, uber, waze or google maps
    I was wondering how easy/ hard it was to install these apps and if they work smoothly?

    I would advise against getting a Q10, certainly if you want to run those apps smoothly. Many can be installed and used but ONLY with great difficulty and the experience will not be good. There are NO banking apps remaining so BMO is a no go.
