I have a case of flip flopping. I am currently in the process of backing up my Z10 then transferring my data to my Q. I know it takes forever but oh well.

Reasons for switching:
-miss the keyboard
-miss the battery life
-missed keyboard shortcuts
-missed having that classic blackberry feel!

What i will miss about Z10:
-the screen size and quality (this is what brought be back to the Z originally)
-annnnd that's pretty much it, although screen size is definitely a big deal and has tons of advantages.

We'll see how it goes with my Q!! Feel free to share your thoughts on both devices and why you chose one or the other folks!

I may be following you on that as well. Just switched last week from a q10 to a z10. Love the bigger screen, miss the keyboard. I'm not one to play games or watch videos on my phone so I don't really care too much though. Trying to get a q10 again.....

The Q just feels right in the hand but you will get both, the right feel and a decent screen with the Q20. You would just have to wait a while

Ya but supposedly the Q20 won't be replacing the Q10 as the next "premium" device. I'll wait for that device

K people I actually have not switched yet because I'm having issues with link. I can not connect with my Q or Z. Link was turned off on both devices and I have turned it back on and it still won't connect. Link is prompting me to restore my devices and obviously I don't want to do that. Help please!

I used Z10 and as soon as the Q10 came, I switched. Missed the screen size but loved the keyboard and the battery life. Couple of months later I switched back to Z10. Didn't miss the keyboard at the beginning, but started to hate the battery life on Z10. Then I switched again, but this time to Z30. I'm using Z30 now and enjoying screen size and quality, battery life and what else not, but wondering if I should go back to Q10 because of comfort of using the classic BlackBerry. I base my decision on the following facts
1. They all are BlackBerry 10
2. Even if the battery of Z30 holds day and a half, when I'll be at home I will plug the phone to charge.
3. The mighty Z30 is maybe to big for my pockets and sometimes I forget to put it into the holster.

Well, for me it is enough reasons to try the Q10 again. After all, my first smartphone was BlackBerry Bold 9700 and not some iTouch toy.

Ignored the issues I was having with link! I deleted it off my computer and Re installed and it seems to have connected properly. A wasted 2 hours however trying to just backup my Z10... and then i know it'll take even longer to load on to my Q10.. oh well, worth the wait for that buttery keyboard goodness
