For all of you who are more familar with the keyboard than me, I keep having the strangest problem. When I type an "F" in combination wth an "O", my phone usually drops the "F". What is going on?

Another question is how can I get the phont to automaticall put in an apostrophe like in "can't" etc like the old blackberries.

It sounds like auto text blues.

If you go into Settings > Language and Input > Predictions and Corrections

Make sure your settings make sense to you there. You can also go into Word Substitution to add words. Or clear learned words to "reset" it.

Settings > Language and Input > Predictions and Corrections >Word Substitution.

You can enter any word you word your BlackBerry to convert. Real simple. Still has a glitch though for one letter words to be converted. For example, "U" at the beginning of a sentence becomes YOU. But "hope u r well" becomes "hope you are well".
