We chat is very popular in china/taiwan/hongkong. In fact it's probably the first question they ask if they were to buy a new phone.

300million people won't switch in a day. So until they switch to bbm. Let's not give them an excuse not to buy a BlackBerry 10 device.

Been waiting for this native app forever, but it doesn't have the moments timeline feature, video chat, among other features. Does the native version of wechat on the Z10 have any of this missing stuff? I'm kinda torn between using it because its runs so smoothly, and the 4.0 version android port which ran slow and didn't always work right, but had all the missing features.

Do you guys know how to view others' pictures on WeChat? Or is this part of the timeline feature that wasn't included? I can see others' profile pictures, but I can't see their albums. Help! I just got my Q10! Would it work if I sideloaded something? I'm still trying to figure out what all this means.

I can view no problem. Can you post some screen shots (blank out the persons name of course) of your problem?
