Will Sprint honor the warranty on the Q10 that I bought used from a guy on Ebay that is suppose to be only used for a month?

I guess I just have to take it into the store to have them activate it once IM ready to switch from my 9930?

If you currently have the Total Equipment Protection plan, it will transfer to your new phone. If you don't have it, add it as soon as you activate the phone if you want to be covered.

Yup that will work. That automatically adds warranty. Just make sure the esn is clean. The store can check that for you.
