Anyone else having volume rocker problems with their Q10? Just started happening. Volume up not always working. Now volume down and mute seems a problem too. Tried hard resets. No luck. Also noticed random screenshots showing up in picture gallery making me think that volume up and down are sticking?

Is this happening when you use your earphones only?

How about with only the loudspeaker on and the earphones out?

Both volume keys and mute key are not working. T-mobile is doing a warranty replacement. Hope this is not a reoccurring issue.

I have a similar problem. My volume up stopped working correctly in the last few days. I have to hold it down in order to change the volume, whereas I used to just press it as I do with the volume down key.

Has anyone found a resolution for this issue? It just started happening with me. Two separate Q10's which makes me think it must be a conflict with another app, but I haven't installed any that use those keys.
