So my Mother-in-law's Q10 recently developed an issue. On phone calls the person at the other end can barely hear her. I ran BBVE audio tests and the microphone recorded very loud. Did a voice note too with same result of loud, clear voice. Tried with phone and BBM Voice and other end can hardly hear. Anyone have any suggestions or have similar issues before?

Had this problem on my Z10 and two of my friends had it too. I managed to fixe it for 1 of my friends and myself by loading another radio file. The other guy stills has the same problem (i think it's hardware). Maybe try to load the radio file from the 10.2.1.2102 OS, i remember that i never had any problem with that radio.

Thanks. My only concern with the radio files is the SQN100-2 is the CDMA variant for Verizon, and we are on T-Mobile. I'm wondering what putting in a radio file for a different variant will do? I want to really load the T-Mobile software on the device and see if it stabilizes some other things I see.
