    Dear All,

Could somebody (preferably somebody who has actually set this up) explain how I can get my voice messages in the the Hub voice message section.

I'm on a Q10 running 10.2.1. I don't have an enterprise account (just a normal private BlackBerry user).

    Thanks in advance.

You need to call your voice mail. tapping the messages in the hub does nothing.

Does your carrier offer Visual Voicemail? I have my voicemails display in the hub and I can click on one and just hit play and that's it, I don't have to call my voicemail...but I'm on AT&T. Try Overflow Menu---Settings---Hub Managnement---Voicemail---then pick Display in Hub or Display in Both (Hub & Separate application)

I can't get voicemail working on AT&T since the first 10.2.1 build that I installed. It worked fine before that.

I don't even get the standard indicator that a message is waiting. I just called AT&T and they "repaired" my voicemail settings on their end and are supposed to be sending me a test vm.

I am wondering if it's just not going to work until AT&T releases their own 10.2.1 build.

I need to find out - my first attempt speaking to Vodafone was a fail because they had no idea what I was talking about. It would be so useful to have messages downloaded to the phone.

I'm running 10.2.1 that I got from Rogers via Sachesi and all voicemail functions have been working fine for me...

You need the visual voice mail service from your provider

I didn't even get the test message from the support guy. I've called my voicemail and nada. There could just be something pretty messed up with my AT&T account...
