Does Press and Hold 0 activate voice control similar to the mute key? It doesn't work on mine but I read somewhere that it does. Can someone verify? Thank you

It works but only in certain situations. Like from the search app. Once in the search app press and hold 0 the voice command will come up. Also works in docs to go and obviously from the voice control app. Does not work from the home screen.
