Yes, I had this happen. Try getting someone to leave you a voicemail and see if it comes back. If not, call Rogers and have them reset your VM. There's a thread here on CB that lists what the reset is called. I can't recall off the top of my head what it is.

Same thing happened when I installed Rogers 2141 on my phone. Called my voicemail, after I hung up and exited the Phone screen it came back when I opened up the Phone again.

When you update the OS, voice mail and VVM sometimes need to be set up again. The VVM is set up by having someone call you and leaving a voice-mail. When you check your phone, it will ask for the VVM password. If it says you have a missed call, hit View. The VVM password prompt should pop up.
