I want to get my VVM working properly, or at least stop popping up messages about contacting my provider as it is unavailable.

The background is I got my Q10 from TMobile the first week it came out. I changed from postpaid to prepaid then. The new Q10 started with a temp phone number and was changed over to my existing phone number two days later.

I have never been able to get VVM working. When I enter a new pin in phone settings, I get a message that VVM is unavailable and to contact my provider. This same message pops up all the time -- very distracting.

TMobile reset my VVM a couple times, and I also set my VM pin through dialing in. It hasn't helped.

One thing I tried came close to solving it. I backed up my whole phone and did a factory reset. When it came back to life, VVM was active and started working! I got a bunch of my messages flow through right away. Then I restored my back up, and it was just like before -- broken VVM and frequent pop ups.

Anyone know a solution? It's my biggest gripe.

I thought someone on Q10 forums would have an idea what to try, but perhaps not.

Would another forum be better?
