    Hello guys,

    I have extracted the .APK from the .bar of Viber for BB10 and is working good on Q10. Settings now is open and don't go in crash anymore.

    About the damn error issue when you enter the number http://forums.crackberry.com/blackbe...l#post10279592

    This problem is generated if you have used and installed previous Viber, example from Snap.

    If you have a BlackBerry Touch Device, install again the version from Play Store (Snap), configure, go on settings and deactived the account. Now you can remove Viber and install the version from BlackBerry World.

    If you have a BlackBerry with keyboard.. For now the only solution i have found is to wipe or reinstall the OS. Because is impossible to enter in Settings and deactived the account. I have try to install in another device or desktop but the error is always here. I think if we can found the folder where is stored the files and delete it maybe we can solve the issue.

    Update!

    - Remove Viber from device and reboot
    - Check if is still here and remove
    - Download the version 4.1.1 MediaFire or Mega
    - Install, launch and configure
    - Update with the 4.3 for BlackBerry 10 devices at first post.

    On Q10 or Q5 you can only wipe or reinstall the OS. Sorry i don't have found any solution for this devices

    i used viber 2.3.5 to deactivate the account on my q10, you can grab it from here:

    @beabanayna Uninstall Viber and reboot your device. Sometimes the uninstall of the application is not working and when you reboot the application that you have uninstalled is still there.

    I've tried downloading the apk but it's not working. I have a Z10. I've searched for residual files and found none. I deleted Viber 10 and rebooted as suggested, still nothing.

    For the Z10 and touch devices

    - Download the version from Play Store (Example with Snap)
    - Install, configure and launch. Go on settings and disable the account
    - Remove Viber from your device
    - Go on BlackBerry World and install Viber, launch and configure

    thanks for the tip! I use the Chrome extension to remove apk viber, and after i just follow yours instructions, it works

    Everything's working now. Had to reboot the phone before updating. The only problem now is that I can't accept Viber calls because I can't see the answer button.

    I haven't tried the one from Snap, only from 1mobile market. That one keeps on crashing. I can't even open the settings section. But the one posted here runs smoother.
