What about viber? There is no viber for blackberry Q10? Android version is not working well , just u can make chat in android version and sometimes it failed, we cant make a free call ....

Ya I updated @ the Amazon store! Now my Viber isn't working! Do not update! Hopefully with 10.3.1 it will once again be compatible

I had Viber 10 that I have installed from BB World and it was just about working on my Z30. I had 10.2.1. Having been bored long enough with the OS, tow days ago, I decided to take the risk of updating to the 10.3.1.1154. The difference was immediately felt with the OS, but Viber didn't work. The BBW app downloaded and installed but did not get pass the error message on signing in. I then turned to the android that I downloaded from snap. This only synced one contact from nearly 200. Gone through the ordeal and synced 50 of these manually, to discover that it cuts off calls after one ring. I then went and downgraded the OS back to the 10.2.1. The exact problems happened, even though I am on the official 10.2.1 through link after wiping the handset clean. Viber is very much needed for me as I do have friends and family overseas. BBM is not an option for me as it's voice and video calls do not work on other platforms properly. Feel really stuck now. If any one has a solution it would be much appreciated. I will try and post this on other threads in the hope some one may know a trick of some sort.

Thanks very much indeed.
This is version 2.3.5
Just about working. Seems to load contacts, sync and connect to server. Will have to stay in active frame to be work. I think it needs to keep testing to ensure it works well. I only rang one number in our household. Will need to try international.
I wonder if anyone tried it in 10.3.1

That works on the os 10.2.1 its the better one for it ... maybe there is a problem in ur Q10 , almost Q10 s worked well with that version of viber (2.3.5)

Did you try Viber 4.3.3.67 ? On my Q10 everything working fine, i mean contact sync, notification, voice call...

Unfortunately this one only synced one contact! having installed now many versions of Viber, I think the problem is with the phone and not the version of Viber. Although I have deleted the old version that I had through the device monitor, I don't think it deleted the whole registry. The reason is when I installed the version you mentioned above, and despite activating with a fresh code, it still showed a group chat that I had with my brothers from the old version that i have deleted just before. I think the delete process is not deleting everything. I am running the 10.3.1.1154 on Z30. I am not sure if I have to wipe and upload the OS again! I did this once before but it still did not solve the problem. I guess the only hope will be waiting for the official release of the 10.3.1, it may be solved then!

Can be as you wrote because i remember someone recommend in similar thread about Viber, to log off from app before uninstalling and wipe all trace of previously installed version. Than after that install new app.

Viber from Playstore works well on my Q5. Direct download.

It broke the Android port on my Z10, though. For some reason I couldn't move beyond the start screen and it's such a hassle downloading and setting it up, etc
