Looking at the VerizonWireless website this morning, it looks like they did a hefty price drop on the Q10. 2yr Contract was originally $199.99, now $49.99. And the buyout/month-to-month was ike $549.99, now $399.99!

Can anyone provide a reason? The price is actually now quite reasonable.

Very surprising - The Q10 is old enough to get the price drop as most other devices released in that time frame are priced similarly. It's just that with the past way that BlackBerry/Carriers kept BlackBerry prices inflated and how the Q10 is more of a enterprise device, I'm surprised to see the price come down.

Since the Q5 didn't really get picked up by very many carrier's in the US, I'm glad to see the BlackBerry has an entry level BB10 device now.

Not only did the price drop, but looking closer, it is cheaper than the 9930! 9930 is $99.99 @ 2yr, $499.99 buyout/month-to-month.
