    Hey guys! I too have a slight problem with sideloading n stuff. I downloaded snap on my q10. I started downloading android apk files but it wont load or it freezes my phone for a while. Did I miss something? Do I need to download runtime? Pardon me for my ignorance. Please help!!

    What OS version are you running? Snap won't function properly unless you're running 10.2.1.1925(537) or 10.2.1.2141(2102).

    To check, go to Settings > About and select "OS".

    Also, go to Settings > App Manager > Installing Apps. Ensure "Allow Apps from Other Sources" is toggled on.

    Im using 10.2.1.2102. I tried downloading and installing viber just now and it still freezes. After the install I can't seem to exit from snap. The swipe up gesture doesnt work. Previously I tried installing instagram and AVG antivirus. I then restarted the phone and deleted the files and all is well. Is snap the problem here?

    Go to Settings, App Manager, Installing Apps, and turn on to allow apps from other sources to be installed.
