Hi all. Here's a good one. I have two Blackberry's . The Q10 and model 9930. I used to be able to BBM on both phones. My 9930 was upgraded last week and not, I have to CHOOSE which phone I can BBM with because both have my primary email address associated with it. So my Q10 not doesn't have a BBM capacity. How can I get back to two phones, two BBM's, etc. I went to the Verizon store and they something about diassociating my primary email from one phone and making my other email address my primary. Couldn't figure out how to do this. Thanks.

Primary email has nothing to do with it. Store reps... It's your BBID that is associated with both devices. Change the BBID on one of the phones and you'll have BBM on both.

You should be able to sign in at the BBID site online and change one of the ID's from there.

You will have to create a second BBID. Only one phone can connect to BBM with a particular BBID at a time.

I don't think you can do anything from that site except change the info for your BBID. What you need is to get a NEW BBID for one of the devices.

Problem is, that requires you wiping one of them.

Keep this in mind: This isn't iMessage. You'll become two different devices with two different IDs (and most lifely two different contact lists).
