I just got back from vacation and was going to try and get pictures off my phone and the only file that shows up is system_crypt_file. I have never encrypted my sd card, I assume what means, or run any type of security on my phone. Anybody have any experience with how to fix this or should I maybe turn encryption on and then back off? I have never run into this before using USB mass storage a thousand times in past so not sure what is different now. I never used BB Link in the past. I installed, clicked the pictures tab and it just spun forever so I closed it down.
