    Hi

I need serious help with my device storage, the main reason why I'm low on storage is because Whatsapp is on 685mb! I deleted 95 chats on it and cleared many group chats but it still hasn't reduced it, anyone can help with advice?

Easiest thing to do is delete the app and reinstall

You might try archiving the chats to see if that frees up memory. The other option is to copy the chat and send yourself an email to save it. Then reinstall the app.
    That should free up memory.

9GB of system storage usually points to either an interrupted previous OS install, or a corrupt Android Runtime. The only way to clear it is with a clean install without a restore. System storage is typically 3-5GB.

I don't know much about WhatsApp but if it is anything like WeChat you may need to delete media attached or collected with your chats. My wife has to delete attached pictures and videos fairly often as they use up huge amounts of space. Any pics that you want to save could be transferred to your SD card, but of course that has to be done manually and could be time consuming. Just a thought. And yeah, your system storage is wicked high (almost 3 times what it should be).
