Upgraded my Q10 to OS 10.3.2.680 and phone does not ring when someone calls, why?

I recently had to upgrade my Blackberry Q10 to OS 10.3.2.680 and now whenever someone calls the ringer doesn't ring. The text message sounds work and the e-mail sounds works. I've double checked a million times that my ringer is on, that it is loud, and working. When in the settings menu the ringer works just fine when choosing a ringer tone, but when it comes to someone actually calling it does not make a peep. Help!

Change your settings while in the phone app

Blackberry Passport running 10.3.2.798

Go to settings / notifications. Select "normal profile" under profile tab on bottom half of screen. Then select custom app notifications. Select Phone.
