The adjustment in space shown in your screenshot appears to be normal, it has been a while since I've used 10.2.1 so I'm not able to compare unfortunately.

In regards to the Device Monitor screen, have you adjusted your font size under Settings > Display? I've noticed this happening on occasion after changing the font size, a restart or a reset of the device should resolve it. You can perform a reset on your BlackBerry Q10 by powering off the device, remove the battery for 10 seconds, reinsert the battery and power the phone back on. This may also resolve your battery drain issues as it will clear any temporary processes out of memory if anything has gotten stuck and is consuming resources.

Please could I ask how other Q10 users are finding the SR 10.3.1.1779 ?
I have just been offered this version but because of bugs associated with earlier versions of 10.3.1.x have thus far resisted upgrading and have held on to 10.2.
If Q10 users could confirm that 10.3.1.1779 is a solid release and problems such as low volume notifications and wifi connections being dropped have long gone I might just be brave enough to take the plunge!

After update, I noticed that the battery performs very well for the past days. Like for today, unplugged my phone 5:30 am, drive to work, got home, and still have 75% battety life remaining as of this writing.

I won't use 10.3 again. Went back to 10.2 for many reasons.

    - Flickering web browser.

    - Awful battery life, even after a week and especially because I do so little.

    ... have to go...

I've been running 10.3.1.2726 since the weekend. So far it's been doing well with battery life. I took it off the charger at 7:10 AM and it's now 10:30. I've used it for BBM, taking a few pictures and CB10.

I know it isn't 10.3.1.1779 but it's a good sign for later versions.

The volume of calls is still lower, but acceptable. I've also ended up with search not finding installed applications - i.e. you can't type "cale" and the calendar pops up. It's super annoying, for me at least.

Other stuff is OK. I was hoping for better Remember - Outlook sync, but it is bearable as it is now (you can default new entries to Exchange folder and move it around later, which you couldn't before).

Well I've taken the plunge and have upgraded to 1779 (10.3.1.2576). It did take 'forever' to install but otherwise all seems good.
Thanks for giving me the push
