    Brand new out of the box Verizon Q10. Receiving Update Interrupted repeatedly when I try to load the Verizon 10.2.1.2122 update.

    On the initial update the phone turned off as it was installing. I'm not sure if this is the cause of the problem.

    I'm not in the least interested in sideloading or using any desktop software to backdoor this. Is there a workaround other than RMA back to Amazon?

    Plug it into blackberry link and hit the restore software.

    I also notice that my Q10 power switch is defective (at least I believe it is) as it sticks in the down position resulting in the phone powering off inadvertently. Will be sending it back to Amazon.

    Boy Amazon is unbelievable. One phone call and they cross-shipped a replacement which will also have the return tag. Sure beats waiting around a retail store.
