Oh i know and I am tempted by the 9930. If only the browser was better and the camera had autofocus... and if there was going to be a BBOS8... I might stick with it.

The 9810 has autofocus, same 1,2ghz processor and a bigger screen. Trade off is slightly smaller keyboard.

And also, the browser isn't that bad honestly. I think its pretty good. And yeah tradeoff being smaller keyboard. Since the 9800 and 9810 share a keyboard size, I know how big of a difference it is going from 98xx to 99xx size keyboard

Agreed, I like the BB7 browser, as I've played around with it on coworker's 9930s a few times. I love the trackpad & touchscreen combo, it makes getting around SO easy. I'm mostly stuck on the 9930 because I'd like to stick with Verizon.

I wonder why RIM is going with the straight keyboard frets? Do you think it's just an aesthetic/design thing, as without the hardware buttons, maybe there's no simple way to justify curving the keys since they bump up against the flat screen bottom?

But ya know, BlackBerries were always about no-compromise ergonomics. Sure, competitors made fun of the design, calling it "outdated," but it worked really well, IMHO. But as neat as the BB10 software features are, there really isn't anything to set the hardware design apart from iPhone/Android now.

Please Lord let AT&T carry a white 9900. This seems like the leaked pics were the actual device after all.

    L series 100% for. N series....70/30 against.

When I first read the title of the first leaked picture I was expecting to see the entire device. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed in just seeing the keyboard alone. Hoping for more new pics soon!

Yes Finalllly!! The Mic key for text to speech. Siri, BlackBerry style!!!
That would be awesome added functionality, but I think that key's there to mute/un-mute the mic.

Matches the straight frets of the full touchscreen.

Thought I was settled on the full touchscreen but curious over the physical keyboard one again. Can I be greedy and have both?
    That's my plan :P

If this pic is real, why the Blackberry logo is on the top and take soooo much free space? Just put it at the bottom and put a bigger screen.

I wonder if the new bold will have orientation based on it's larger screen. It would be nice to tilt it side ways and make use of the bigger screen for video watching.

I love my 9930, as well as the browser. The touchscreen/keyboard/trackpad is an awesome setup. Without a doubt the best phone I've owned to date. But I'll give the N series a try. If I find I miss my beloved trackpad too much I'll keep my 9930 until it's no longer supported. No all touch for me. Once you've used the most ergonomic, fastest and most accurate navigation setup on a device, it's hard to settle for less.

I can go all touch now with no problem, I've been using my iPhone and Skyrocket A LOT, in preparation for the London. I will give the N a try, but I'm having a problem with the loss of the trackpad and what seems to be confirmation of a straight keyboard.
    Not feeling the love!

If the trackpad, call, end, escape key are all gone and with hard keys in a straight line, I might as well go in for a full touch and enjoy the screen estate and get used to touch typing on a keyboard that is similar to the hard keys. Makes sense or am I wrong?

The best part I like on my 9900 is the option of pressing the shift key and using the trackpad to select multiple messages in unified mailbox and mark them as READ. I guess, like other Touch phones, I would have to mark messages individually and then 'mark all read'
