    My Q10 has been warranty repaired before. And now when I check on the sticker after I take the battery out. My device code starts with "rdv".
    When I looked online for an unlock code, they all told me that the rdv devices cannot be unlocked.

    Is there any way of unlocking the phone?

    This is a Rogers q10 by the way.

    RDV means it is a refurbished unit.... I have "heard" that those can not be unlocked, and if "they all" told you that, I'd expect it's true.

    I would think Rogers would have a way of doing it... but don't know that for sure.
