The problem started a few weeks back. I m not able to understand what's the cause of this problem.

The issue is that when try add a new contact or even add to an existing contact, it doesn't save the data at that moment. But once I restart the phone via battery pull then I can see that contact saved in the list.

Please help. Coz It will be very difficult for me to send to BlackBerry for week or more. So if there is any solution other than BlackBerry Service Centre, please share.

Unable to view Saved Contacts / This is a constant nagging problem / Don't understand how to solve it / Happening every alternate day since Feb. 1st week / Why can't BB keep things simple instead of complicating it / KISS - Keep It Simple Stupid / This is the reason - A die hard fan of BB since last 8 years / I have started to keep Samsung as an alternate device.
