i heard somewhere that it was getting release today , but it still says pre order everywhere + it is really expensive, how long do you think it would take for the price to go down ?

The hype is MASSIVE for the Q10. As much as, if not more so, than the first iPhone I'd say.

I'm hoping that Carphone Warehouse website will allow me to reserve for store collection tomorrow.

Well just spoke to T-Mobile on-line - they still have no idea at all - expecting end of May is all they could say

O2 are saying sometime in May for in store purchase, they get their deliveries on Thursday (in my area at least) so are saying to check each Thursday. If it's being delivered to consumers now from their warehouse I'd have thought stores will get a delivery soon.

I hope so, I made the mistake of waiting, expecting that some of the delivery their warehouse received on Monday would've been sent out to the stores.. doh. Kind of disappointed with the lack of clarity from O2 regarding in-store stock.. the people in the shops don't know, the customer service people don't know and nor do the people on Twitter.

Where'd you hear the potentially good news?

Yeah - it has been annoying for sure! I rang my local store, it is a pretty large one. He said there had been an internal note and demand has been really high and some stock has been redistributed; they were hoping for a delivery tomorrow so I'm ringing up at midday to check.

Got mine today, O2 have them in store. I also managed to get 2GB of data allowance for the price of 1GB on the �37 p/month deal with unlimited calls and texts. Absolutely love the phone so far, a little confusing as it's really different, but heaps better than my 9780 - and IMO all phones available. The keyboard is excellent as is the touch screen
