Hi guys, just got my Q10. Still trying to get the hang of things.

One feature I liked while reading up on the phone is type n go. However when I type BBM "name" nothing comes up. Can someone she'd some light on this for me.

That's odd, it has worked for me out of the box since June 15th....try to backup in Link, do a security wipe, restore and see if that solves your issues.

Also, what OS are you running?

Now I can use type n go for BBM of certain contacts but not all. It's weird.

I don't have any BBM contacts, but is it possible it only works for contacts already in your BBM?

This is silly but fortunately I've solved my type n go problem.

So what happened was that I was able to type and go for most of my frequently used contact except for my wife. I usually change the profile names of my contacts to make it easier to find. So my wife's name is Femmy. I wasn't able to type BBM Femmy and have the option come up. So to solve it i've added Wife to her name. And now I can type BBM wife and it'll come up.

Strange but glad it works now.
