    My leaked Q10 doesn't receive notifications when twitter followers tweet.
    I must open the app to see the new tweets from the people I follow?
    Is this normal?

    Your twitter account is probably losing it's connection. Go to Setup icon, then Accounts, then check your twitter account and see if it says Not Connected, in which case click on it and re enter the password.
