You probably tried to attach a photo using the camera while in the Twitter app, then minimized, then forgot you did that.
Just click on the back button and you'll be back in your twitter app.
Nah not a chance! I've just noticed it's not always with twitter either! It just happened with candy crush too!
I think the bug is sometimes when you press on the top left active frame, it reads it as pressing on the bottom right (where the quick camera launch is!)
