    I am posting this because it took me 3 days to figure out while I was on roaming data. Lycamobile uses network from other carriers to provide very cheap international and data charges. I popped in their sim on my Q10 and could not change their locked APN from blackberry.net. Repeated calls to them explaining that this is not a BBOS device failed to work. Only way was to change APN from escreen. I tried using the code generator posted by crackberry tutorial by Bla1ze but could never get it work.     Finally downloaded this app called ESCODE 3.0 from blackberry world and then input my runtime by typing escreen:// on Web browser. The app gave me numerous codes for 1, 5, 30 days. I just immediately went back to the escreen and typed the easiest code "without pressing shift key" because they are not case sensitive. Boom... there was the developer mode escreen with details of APN and all other stuff.

    Just changed it to apn found on lycamobile website and rebooted. There is no way you can enter any other settings for APN such as username and password.
