So I bought a Q10 after having a Galaxy 4S forced on me at work ( I couldn't deal with the Galaxy, so I came back to the trusty Blackberry). My last BB was a 9900. We use email to send .xls attachments that are a maintenance request form. Most of them open in docs to go with no issues, but some just don't seem to open. The progress bar comes up, and nothing happens. There was a "basic editor" on my 9900 that I preferred using (to view emailed requests) over docs to go. Is there any way to get this basic editor on my new Q10, and if not, any idea what is causing some to not open? Or is there any app I can use that would be similar to the old basic editor? I don't need to edit the excel file, I just need to view it quickly. Actually docs to go is way more than I need. I used to click on the cell where the request was written, and just that cell would open, so I could view the text that was entered full screen. I don't seem to have that option using docs to go.

Thanks in advance for any help

That is strange that some will open and some won't.

Have you poked around BBW to see if there's another basic viewer?

Yes I have, found nothing but docs to go unfortunately.
