    Hey everyone!

I recently made the switch from my android phone to the Q10 and so far I am still getting adapted. I like the concept of the hub and I'm using 4 e-mail accounts. Is it normal that e-mail attachments don't show up in the mails itself and instead only in the "attachment tab" (the paperclip icon)? So I don't even know IF there is something attached to a mail. The other thing is, not every file shows up in the attachment tab. I first thought that it might be related to specific e-mail accounts, but some attachments from account x show up while othes from the same account don't appear. Also newer attachments from this week don't appear at all, while there are only a couple of "selected" ones from past weeks. I never had any issues with my android phone.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Take screenshots. Attachements work flawlessly for me (Q10SQN100-3/10.2.1.3247). For 1 or 10 files...

Be aware that media can also be base64 encoded directly in the email and therefore, not always present as attached files. Can be done client side, as server side.

The problem seems to be Blackberry + Kerio. I receive Kerio mails on my Blackberry device via Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, but always without attachments. Is there a solution to this?

Edit: Meh. Seems to be a known issue since Kerio stopped supporting Blackberry.

Even so, protocol are the same... And your BlackBerry is just a client based on this protocol. If you use Active Sync, the issue must be between the later and Kerio...

If you can, disable all attachments filter in Kerio.

According to our admin all the relevant Kerio attachment options are "cleared". He doesn't have any issues with his IPhone and as I wrote, everything was fine on my Android phone.

I sent you a PM a while ago so you can forward one of this email to my address. I need the headers to see what's wrong.

After further test, Kerio Connect 8.1.1 (May 2013) is currently used by your firm. Kerio added the support of attachments synchronization for BlackBerry 10 in the 8.2.0 version from October 8, 2013. If you can, ask your firm to update their version...

Another solution is maybe to forward your email with attachment from your outlook web service to your Blackberry phone. Outlook manage well the polling of attachment as we tested.
