I am wondering how can i transfer/copy/sync items that have already been created in my local calender on the phone to my Microsoft outlook account, which is on my phone and computer?

Nice question . I tried that.
You can share your appointment to the Remember app, it's a .vcf-file then. Click on the file - now you have the option (the +-symbol) to add it to your calender, you can choose which of them. Pick your Outlook-calender and you're done!

I hope, that I understand your question and that my answer might help you

PS: for the next time, you can set your Outlook-calender as your standard or default calender. That means, that every entry is sync with Outlook.

That would be a bit tedious if it has to be done appointment by appointment. Isn't there a way to transfer the entire calendar contents like you used to be able to do in BB7?

I don't use BlackBerry Link, but maybe you can copy it via Link from your device to your Outlook account. Make sure, that you sync Outlook with Link.

If the Calendar you are tyring to sync with Outlook is the Local Calendar it doesn't sync that.

Posts #2 and #4 are absolutely your best bets...
I use Link to backup my phone, but that's really all, so I've never confirmed if it truly backs up my calendar or not. The best and easiest way is to set Outlook's calendar as your default calendar on your phone. Syncing is nearly automatic, whether you create the appointment on your phone or PC/desktop. This is what I use and it works flawlessly.
