Hi,

I've replaced a broken screen on my Q10. It worked fine for about a week, then the screen just blanked out and was non-responsive. After a little troubleshooting, I have narrowed the problem down to the top panel holding the flash. Screen works fine until I put that panel back on. After that, the top button is unresponsive when trying to bring up the screen. I take it off, and it works fine.

Any thoughts??

I'd say take it back to where you got it and have them replace it.
