If you don't already have it, TMO has an update today: 10.1.0.4200.

    1. Wifi calling is available on this update. I have tried making and receiving phone calls with
it and it is as clear as network calling.

    2. Email accounts need to be reset though. Just enter your password again and all should
    be ok.

    3. Message/text/SMS notification - absent. Text notification for each contact is absent/
cannot be customized. This option was present in .273 but was not working. In this OS,
    this is totally absent.

    4. Calendar is now white themed. BBM and SMS still in black.

But otherwise, if you're on TMO USA, go ahead and try this OS and find out other features in the OS just in case.

Were there any issues with the texts going away? Will update this weekend after a backup.

I just updated it and my text messages disappeared and I couldn't send text messages. After about 5 minutes of waiting everything went back to normal and it works, everything is back and no problems.

My texts are still there. Although I did not notice that they disappeared for a while. However, it took a very long time for the hub to populate and when it finally did, there was a notification saying that my emails needed to be activated or something to that effect. I reentered my passwords and my emails could be accessed again from my phone.

No text issues here, but I left the phone alone for a while during the update. Same deal with the email setup...

It looks like this still exists. When you go to a Contact -> Edit -> Scroll down to Ring Tone and Notifications, and then you can customize.

At least not with my Q10. The available notifications are for 1: phone ring tone, 2. email messages 3. BBM...but not for texts/sms...

From what I can see you cannot change the calendar back to black. Wish that was an option

I didn't need to do anything with email accounts. This was a perfect update. My text messages, emails, apps, everything is there and took like 25-35 minutes.

I can still use my Chase banking app without a problem. Though I will the update was to 10.2.X so we get the later Android version support.

I preferred the black theme as well. I can't see the notes on the monthly view well now.

Updated without a hitch. Not a big fan of the white calendar, but it's not a big deal.

No Android sideloads are impacted. Also give some time to reboot first time after update and also Hub takes some time to recover. You may have to enter password again for your email accounts.

Yes thank you CJ. I did just read there is a sideload app to change it but it's version specific. I'm not going to mess with that I will just wait for the update.

This update hosed my phone and never installed. I cannot place or receive calls and I tried 3 times to install. So now I have to spend a few hours with my BlackBerry tech hat on and fix it myself. The T-mo folks at the stores haven't a clue and if they did they would wrecklessly wipe and reload the old OS without a care for my data. I am quite tired of not getting paid for crap like this.

Interesting? All I know is before the update I hardly had to charge my phone. This was the main reason I switched from the Z10.

Since I updated yesterday, my phone doesn't send or receive emails. I also get a notification every minute or two reminding me that I can now make wifi calls. It bugs me until I turn wifi calling on, at which point it finally shuts up. I turned wifi off to see if somehow it was keeping me from getting emails, and the notifications started rolling in again.

So, in my understanding of the device, isn't a BlackBerry that can't send or receive emails pretty much a paper-weight? I mean... I have a BB because I want to communicate, and now that is seriously undermined.

^ Click the option cellular preferred in the wifi calling app. It will keep them notifications off.
