Iam thinking of this step because simply the q10 lags a lot and especially the BBM sometimes it's doesn't function properly it exits the BBM from itself. The BBM crashes a lot

If full touch keyboard is acceptable to you, there is nothing wrong with that. There are maybe some members who could help you tweak the Q to make it more responsive, also. Nothing wrong with exploring the options!

Well first off, the Z10 isn't any better in terms of specs, so switching over to a Z10 won't give you any better hardware - actually the opposite might be the case: Since the Q10 only has to render a 720x720 picture, it has less stress compared to the Z10, which needs to render a 1280x768 picture.

We'll need to find out what causes your problems, since switching to the Z10 definatly won't fix them per se - as already said, the hardware internals are identical, the Z10 ain't faster. What software version are you running? Are you using the latest BBM Channels beta or the latest official BBM version? If so, care to try out the beta to see if it fixes anything?
What kind of lags are you experiencing? Is the app itself stuttering/sluggish or is there a major delay in delivering/getting messages? Personally I don't have any BBM related problems, it runs rockstable, even though I'm still using a pretty early Channels beta build.

Do you have any sideloaded Android apps installed?
