There are many. Simply search BlackBerry world for things like 'call recorder' there are hundreds if no thousands of results.

I've found Phone Tap to be pretty useful. You can set it to auto record or prompt you to record calls.
Let's you set tags for calls etc.
It's 2.99.

I use call recorder. Like it pretty well. Doesn't work with a blue toothed device. It's in BlackBerry World

Phone tap is great. Records both caller and callee and allows saving to SD along with selection of file type. Very useful.
