Is there a way to fix the lengthening mark?

So i want to buy Blackberry Q10 but there is one problem - no latvian language input ( lengthening mark - āķļņp�ū�)
Is there some way to fix it ?

It`s written in comments that it sometimes fail to work.
I want to know 100% . I don`t want to buy a phone with i can`t write in my language.

You can also use KeyboMagic transliteration app. It has many input languages, including latvian.
