I imagine "Blackberry World must close" is not a prophecy, and I've seen the posts on this before, but I'm stumped.

Got it since upgrading to 10.2. Yes, I can get in through Games, but no matter how often I do this or reboot or check for updates, I can't get in through the Blackberry World icon.

Any ideas?

No-one? I've just done a device reset/security wipe and still have this issue. Tempted to throw this in the bin. All I'm looking for is a way to re-install BlackBerry world, or reset it, or fix it. I can get in through Games but when I go to 'All' I get 'requested content not found'.

did you try a refresh blackberry world under setting/general (in blackberry app world, not on your device) ? what os are you using ? and don't say 10.2, I need the full version (setting/about on your phone)

Games, Applications, My World all work when I get in *through* Games. And 'All' doesn't. And when I try to get in through the main icon I just get the must close message per earlier

Ah here now I can't even access the phone anymore over the wireless LAN using my laptop. Is there an equivalent of factory reset that actually does a factory reset?

You did a full wipe right ? reinstall your os, I think the wipe remove stuff that itsn't suppose to be removed.

If you had 10.2.0.1791, use this leak http://forums.crackberry.com/bb10-le...evices-858678/ it's pretty much straight forward to do, the only thing though is you could loose data if you didn't do a backup, and with the problem you had I wouldn't do a backup, just install this and start back from scratch like a new phone.

use the SQN/SQR version (because you have a Q10)

Thanks. Did that, and when the autoloader completed the phone had a yellow exclamation mark on it, error www.bberror.com/bb10-0004. Won't start.

seem that the radio of the leak was mess up, z30 had the q10 radio and q10 had the z30 radio, weird that they didn't change the download link to a working one, but hey at least there is a fix for it.

Haha, well that doesn't seem to be related to your phone then, it look like something else is blocking you, are you using wifi while doing this?

Yes...... hmmmm..... and Wifi stopped working between Blackberry and Macbook around the same time..... *but* Wifi works otherwise with all other devices.

I'll start by trying to open Blackberry World with Wifi off. If it works, then it confirms that it's Wifi, but what then I wonder? There have been no configuration changes to the router, although I could just bounce it I suppose.
