Does anyone know what folder or where for that matter ring tones are supposed to be that are pulled over from itunes into BlackBerry link ringtone folder? My texting tone ONLY plays when my laptop is open and not in "sleep" mode. So apparently somehow this tune is playing text alerts through my laptop when I get a text??? Where do I move the song to so that it will play ALWAYS. Having no luck with this Q10 as far as notifications are concerned, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

So I put the song into the media card my music folder and it still doesn't work. It will ONLY play when my laptop is open. What is the issue or what am I doing wrong here?? This has been an ongoing problem for months now.

Have you tried a song that is not from your iTunes?

Seems to be working if I go through file manager and put the song on my memory card in my music folder. Worked while I was out today. Think I got it.
