I'm sorry you're experiencing this. When does the vibration happen? While on a call? While listening to music? Always?

I mean the vibration from the vibrate option. Notifications. When you out the BlackBerry on vibrate only, and you get a notification, the sound is terrible. You think the phone will explode

Oh yes my Q is loud too. You can use Silent. Have you tried?

Mine is also. I dropped it a few months back and ever since then turned vibrate off. A few nights ago Ii dropped it without a case and itt wouldn't stop vibrating nor would it turn back on without a power cord and as soon as you pluug it in it did it again. It's working fine now. Justt let it charge and start back up.

I dropped my q10 and it makes an awful sound when vibrating now, took the phone apart and couldn't tell what was wrong, so I just have vibrate turned off now sadly.
