    Thanks. I have 10.2.0.1767. Its a phone I bought from this site from a guy in Arizona. He was with Verizon. Is mine a newer version then?

    Go into settings and then software updates! The system will check and tell U if you have the newest! Anything. 429 or newer will read newest!

    Yes yours is newer. Other carriers often use later versions and the person you got it from grabbed the newest one from another carrier. Many of us use a even newer leaked version which is really pushing this os in a good direction. Enjoy your phone.

    We're dealing with two different numbers. There is the OS version, which you are using, and the Software Release, which the other posters have been using. I've noticed on this site that people tend to refer to Software Release for carrier versions, and the OS version for leaks. However, there is no real rule and often leaks come out with no Software Release number at all, which is why I prefer to use the OS version for everything.

    I believe Software Release 10.2.0.429 corresponds to OS version 10.2.0.1803. That's newer than what you are running.
