    Merry xmas everyone!

    I am with Telus in Toronto and am using a Verizon Q10 I bought from someone on this site.

    I am currently in beautiful NJ visiting the inlaws.

    My question is why I am not getting 4GLTE while I am here. I went to the mall here yesterday and the Verizon rep told me it's because of the sim card I am using. Is this correct? I seem to be getting "H" instead of the 4GLTE I have been used to.

    VZW Q10 does not include TELUS LTE bands. The only LTE band on the VZW Q10 is well, that of VZW's Band 13 LTE (700 MHz) while TELUS operates on Band 17 700MHz / Band 7 2100MHz. Long story short, the device is only partially supported.
