    Hello all, I have a t mobile q10 and its double typing like crazy.

    Unfortunately t mobile will not replace my q10 with another q10 since their relationship with BlackBerry dissolved a few months back and they have none in stock.

    Blackberry will not help me either because I didn't get my q10 from them directly.

    How do I go about getting my phone fixed? I do not have the technical know how on how to do it myself. Do you know of any reputable repair centers in NYC?

    Is there any way I can invoke manufacturer warranty? Considering that BlackBerry already told me that they won't help me.

    Any advice will help. Thank you.

    Tmobile should be invoking the warranty since you bought it from them and it's their obligation. They need to send you phone in for repair at BlackBerry so you may be out of a phone for some time. Just because BlackBerry is no longer selling phones through Tmobile does not mean that BlackBerry is not honouring warranty claims because they are, just like anyone who has a BlackBerry with TMO continues to use it, even on BIS.

    I have a back up z10 that I've been using for a few weeks.

    I'll try with t mobile again. Maybe I'll get different results of I go in to a store rather than talk to a rep via phone.
