    The Help section states that you set sym lock by pressing alt+UP ARROW, but that does not work. (Wrong info in Help files is worse than useless!)

    Help also says CAPS Lock is also set by pressing alt+UP ARROW. Wrong! To set CAPS Lock press and hold UP ARROW for a second.

    Would someone please tell me how to set sym lock?

    Do you mean how to get the symbols on the keys, like "?" and"!" and "/"?

    Just press and hold the ALT key for a second - the top right of the screen will change - see attached screenshots ;-)
