Hey guys, I'm still trying to figure this thing out and my last phone had the ability to set multiple alarms. This one only seems to let me set one. Am I missing something?

What OS version are you running?

Multiple alarms doesn't become available until 10.1 or 10.2... Unfortunately...

Wow... this phone is becoming rapidly useless... who designs a system missing so many basic functions?? I mean the lack of decent apps is something I can handle, but I refuse to have an alarm app for something that other phones have had for a very long time as standard

Use the calendar app and set a recurring appointment.

I don't think even the earlier BlackBerry phones had a setting to set multiple alarms. We just set appointments.

The later versions of the clock app allows you to set multiple alarms.

Search for multiple alarm, someone posted the updated alarm clock app which supports multiple alarms.

It's free, but you need to sideload itm

You could sideload the clock from the leaks that has been going around. It fixes your issue of multiple alarms.
Stupid Question: how do I set more than one alarm??-img_00000682.png

Sideload the later version of the clock app and it works perfectly. Been using it for weeks.

I haven't figured out sideloading at this point. I just assumed something like multiple alarms would be standard these days. Hopefully this 10.2 you speak of comes quickly and fills the gaps between this phone and the others out there

Thank you for the links. When I get home or tomorrow I will try this sideloading thing. Hopefully there's not too much involved for me to screw up haha

You beat me to it. After my last post I went looking for that thread.

I myself prefer using DDPB for sidloading app.

Blackberry needs to put some files on the market. That way people can get an updated alarm clock without waiting for an OS update (and their carriers), or having to side load. Good that there is a way to get it working, but for everyone who doesn't read crockery (I know right?!?), there needs to be a simpler solution.

IF they put some files online how else are you going to install it other than sideloading?
You guys could always just use sachesi to sideload too

Totally agree. Making these newer versions available via BB world without the long wait until the next OS release may go a long way to keep most ordinary users happy.

Me too. After having resolved my Java installation issues and I got DDPB running, everything is simple. Sometimes, installing the right java files can be a pain.

I tried the google way, but after encountering the red screen SSL security warning, I did not push through. I have DDPB anyway...
