    Hi, I have bought used Q10 as "non working". It had broken screen. I replaced that with one I had laying around, then I tried to reset the device using BB link. Secure wipe went OK, but then it only shows BB logo and nothing happens. I tried autoloader - it ends exactly the same. When I try to use BB link, it gives me A:0x000000A2 error.
    Any ideas?

    You will have to use the correct autoloader. Try the Q10 autoloader from here: https://mega.nz/#F!ERomDKaT!YYXwe5p2bUlm_4VW5VfTtw
